Our Approach

How Our Program Works

1️⃣ Initial Contact

You can reach out to our Health & Fitness Coordinator, who will gather some information about your goals, location, and schedule.

1st Step

2️⃣ Fitness Assessment

Our Lead Trainer will conduct an in-home fitness assessment to understand your current fitness level, mobility, and any health considerations.

2nd Step

3️⃣ Personalized Training Program

Based on the assessment, we assign one of our trainers to work with you and guide you through each and every session

3rd Step

4️⃣ Ongoing Training & Progres

Your trainer will visit twice per week and guide you through your customized exercise program. The program will be adjusted and progressed over time to match your improvements and goals.
